We are Sanaz and Moritz, two creative idealists and filmmakers from Cologne, and the core of STORYVISIONS. You'll find us on set for almost every production.
Collectively, we have more than 15 years of experience in the film industry. After producing films for international TV & industry clients for many years, we joined forces a year ago and decided:
From now on, we want to produce for companies with vision. Specifically, for companies and organizations with the vision of creating a better future.
Why? Because we live in times where the thought of the future is more frightening than beautiful.

We can't save the world, but we can put our professional energy into companies and organizations that, like us, want to believe in a better future. Things can get better! And this requires progress in many areas: technological progress, social progress, as well as ethical and ecological progress. Whether small or large, the direction counts.

I'AM FASCINATED BY WHAT MOVES PEOPLE, WHAT DRIVES THEM.
As long as I can remember, I have been interested in people and their topics. This fascination motivated me to get my Master's degree in psychology. In the following years, I worked as a coordinator and family support worker in intercultural youth welfare with refugee families. A career path through which I realized that humility and empathy are the most desirable skills in life for me.
However, in addition to the analytical part of me, there is also a creative heart. That's why I work in the film industry today, using my psychology background for my film work.
After spending several years expressing my creative side as a producer and editor for TV & Industry, I now have the opportunity to work on my own projects with STORYVISIONS. I'm still working with people, still getting into their heads, and still trying to understand what drives them. I'm just doing it through a different lens: the camera lens.

I BELIEVE
STORYTELLING IS

Like the main character from the movie Memento, I have tattooed an important note on my left hand. Just like in the film, this tattoo reminds me of something that is very important to me. With this, I am a living example of the power of storytelling. Good storytelling inspires us. It gets under our skin and has the power to change us.
Stories are empathy in its purest form. They are like telepathy, transporting important information from one mind to another.
In over 10 years of work as a director, cinematographer, editor, and screenwriter for industry, film, and television, this form of storytelling has been my constant guide.
