Since I can remember, I have been interested in people and their topics.
I'AM FASCINATED BY WHAT MOVES PEOPLE, WHAT DRIVES THEM.
This fascination motivated me to get my Master's degree in psychology. As a psychologist, I worked for several years as a coordinator and family support worker in intercultural youth welfare with refugee families. This work grounded and showed me that many things should not be taken for granted. Through it, I realized that humility and empathy are among the most important skills in life for me.
However, in addition to the analytical part of me, there is also a creative heart. That's why I work in the film industry today, using my psychology background for my film work.
After spending several years expressing my creative side as a producer and editor for TV and industry, I now have the opportunity to work on my own projects with STORYVISIONS. And I'm still working with people, still getting into their heads, and still trying to understand what drives them. I'm just doing it through a different lens: the camera lens.

We are Sanaz and Moritz, two creative idealists and filmmakers from Cologne, and the core of STORYVISIONS. You'll find us on set for almost every production.
Together we bring about15 years of experience from the film industrywith. After many years of producing films for international TV & industry customers , we got together a year ago and decided:
From now on we only want to produce for companies with VISION. More preciselyfor companies with the vision to create a better future.
Why? Because we live in times when the thought of the future is more frightening than beautiful.
We cannot save the world, but we can put our professional energy into companies and organizations that - like us - want to believe in a better future. Things can get better! And that requires progress in many areas: technological progress, social progress, but also ethical and ecological progress. Whether small or large, the direction counts.

The main character of the movie "Memento" has no short-term memory. That's why he tattooed the most important note on his left hand. "Remember Sammy Jankis." Inspired by the film, I have tattooed "Memento" on the same spot on my left hand. Because the movie reminds me of what is most important to me: the power of storytelling.
Great storytelling gets under our skin, leaves its mark on us, and can change us.
I BELIEVE THAT STORYTELLING IS THE CULTURALLY MOST VALUABLE ACHIEVEMENT OF HUMANITY.
Stories are empathy in its purest form. They are like telepathy, conveying important information from one mind to another..
For the past 11 years, as a screenwriter, cameraman, editor, and director for industry, film, and television, this form of storytelling has been my motivation for everything I produce.
